1、负责英文产品的用户体验设计工作，包括用户研究、信息架构设计、交互流程设计等。  
  
2、与跨职能团队紧密合作，包括产品经理、研发、测试、运营等，将用户需求转化为切实可行的设计方案。  
  
3、设计并制作高保真交互原型，清晰直观地展示设计思路和交互流程，为开发团队提供明确的指导。  
  
4、深入理解用户需求和业务目标，进行用户测试和评估，收集用户反馈，分析数据，不断优化产品的用户体验，提升用户满意度和产品竞争力。  
  
5、参与制定和维护产品的设计规范和原则，确保产品在视觉和交互上的一致性和连贯性。  
  
6、关注行业最新动态和设计趋势，探索创新的设计方法和技术，为产品带来前沿的设计理念和解决方案。  
  
岗位要求：  
  
1、本科及以上学历，人机交互、工业设计、心理学等相关专业优先。  
  
2、具有1年以上产品 UX 设计经验，有成功的大型项目案例者优先。  
  
3、熟练掌握各类用户研究方法，如用户访谈、可用性测试、问卷调查等，并能有效地将研究结果转化为设计洞察。  
  
4、精通常用的设计工具，如 Axure、Sketch、Adobe XD 等，具备扎实的原型制作能力。  
  
5、具备出色的逻辑思维和分析能力，能够从复杂的业务需求中梳理出清晰的设计思路。  
  
6、有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够在跨职能团队中有效地传达设计理念和推动设计方案的落地。  
  
7、对用户体验设计充满热情，具有敏锐的用户洞察力和创新意识，能够不断挑战自我，追求卓越的设计品质。

<strong>Job Description  
  
</strong>

*   Be responsible for the user experience design of English products, including user research, information architecture design, interaction process design, etc.
*   Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, R&D personnel, testers, operations staff, etc., to transform user needs into practical design solutions.
*   Design and produce high-fidelity interaction prototypes, clearly and intuitively display design ideas and interaction processes, and provide clear guidance for the development team.
*   Deeply understand user needs and business goals, conduct user testing and evaluation, collect user feedback, analyze data, continuously optimize the user experience of the product, improve user satisfaction and product competitiveness.
*   Participate in formulating and maintaining the design specifications and principles of the product to ensure consistency and coherence in vision and interaction.
*   Pay attention to the latest developments and design trends, explore innovative design methods and technologies, and bring cutting-edge design concepts and solutions to the product.  
      
    

<strong>Job Requirements  
  
</strong>

*   Bachelor's degree or above, majors related to human-computer interaction, industrial design, psychology, etc. are preferred.
*   Have more than 1 year of product UX design experience, and those with successful large-scale project cases are preferred.
*   Proficient in various user research methods, such as user interviews, usability tests, questionnaires, etc., and be able to effectively transform research results into design insights.
*   Be proficient in commonly used design tools, such as Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc., and have solid prototyping capabilities.
*   Have excellent logical thinking and analyzing skills, and be able to sort out clear design ideas from complex business needs.
*   Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, and be able to effectively convey design concepts and promote the implementation of design solutions in cross-functional teams.
*   Be passionate about user experience design, have a keen user insight and innovation awareness, be able to constantly challenge yourself, and pursue excellent design quality.  
      
    

Bonus points: Good English ability, being familiar with the using habits of policy researchers/scientific researchers, and having UX design experience of English content platforms.
