Key Responsibilities

*   Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
*   Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, interaction designs, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
*   Design user-centric, visually appealing, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
*   Ensure consistency across products by developing, maintaining, and evolving scalable design systems.
*   Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
*   Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iteratively improve designs based on user insights.
*   Deliver implementation-ready design assets and specifications that engineering teams can directly build from.
*   Account for various user states, edge cases, responsive behaviors, and interaction patterns during design handoff.
*   Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

  

Candidate Expectations

*   5–7 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, preferably designing customer-facing digital products at scale.
*   Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
*   Ability to independently conduct market research, user research, and proactively suggest experience improvements.
*   Hands-on expertise in Figma (mandatory) along with working knowledge of Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
*   Strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and building scalable design systems.
*   Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, usability standards, and usability testing methodologies.
*   Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
*   Ability to create detailed design deliverables including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, interaction specifications, and annotated design documentation.
*   Experience delivering engineering-ready designs with clear handoff documentation covering workflows, states, edge cases, and behaviors.
*   Ability to plan and conduct usability testing and continuously refine the user experience based on findings and feedback.
