We are currently looking for a person to join the team developing an internal AI‑based solution that automates the support ticketing process. 
 
More Precisely, You Will Be Responsible For 
 


* Functional and non‑functional testing of the AI‑supported system
* Identifying areas for automation and selecting appropriate technologies and tools
* Creating, developing, and implementing test automation based on MCP servers, AI bots, Python, code‑level tests, and end‑to‑end tests
* Using AI tools that support the testing process
* Analysing results and reporting - including error categorization and identification of flaky tests
* Participating in the creation of test strategies and test plans
* Identifying, defining, and documenting test scenarios
* Collaborating with developers, ML engineers, and the product owner on implementing new or modified functionalities 
 
 

Requirements 
 


* Ability to plan tests and think long‑term
* Experience working with hyperscalers (GCP / AWS / Azure)
* Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Spock, Cypress, JMeter or equivalents) - minimum 3 years of experience
* Knowledge of Python and system scripting - minimum 3 years of experience
* Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and engineering best practices - minimum 3 years of experience
* Willingness to work with AI tools and explore new applications in testing
* Experience in testing AI/ML solutions
* Knowledge of OpenTelemetry
* Experience testing with MCP servers and integrating AI with other tools
* Knowledge of AI tools supporting QA (e.g., test generation, log analysis, regression automation)
* Knowledge of communication protocols (SOA, microservices, event‑driven architecture) and major database engines
* Ability to work comfortably in an English‑speaking team
