Responsibilities

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to create user-centered designs that meet business goals and user needs
* Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
* Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
* Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders in an agile environment
* Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while staying current on design trends and best practices
* Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and functional
* Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

Qualifications
--------------

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
* Extensive experience with Figma, proficient in all its features and functionality.
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
* Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
* Ability to work in an agile environment, iterating designs based on feedback and new insights
* Strong communication skills with a negotiation level of English (both written and verbal)
* Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
* Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* Meticulous attention to details and a sophisticated aesthetic sense

Nice to have

* AI, 3D, AR, VR, Figjam, Miro design experience
* Experience in branding
* Experience in financial and healthcare sectors
