Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote Senior Marketing VA role covering the four pillars of S-kin Studio's marketing operations: paid social, email, influencer, and campaign execution.

While this role will initially be handling briefs & executing various marketing tasks, the successful applicant will be expected to be proactively operate with minimal supervision. You'll be moving fast, handling real volume, working with a real brand, and expected to actually think. The upside? You'll be working on one of the most exciting jewellery brands in Australia, with a team that actually has fun doing it.

Think of it as the perfect mix of Dwight Schrute's systems brain and Elle Woods' warmth and energy - or as we like to say, a genuine unicorn.

You will report directly to and work closely with our founder, marketing team, and operations team.

 

What You'll Be Doing

Meta Ads & Marketing (your biggest focus - up to 20 hrs/week, more during campaigns):

\- Upload and set up 10–40 Meta ad creatives per week in Ads Manager (yes, it gets busy during sales but that's the fun part)

\- Write punchy, on-brand ad copy for each creative using our AI-assisted copywriting system

\- Structure campaigns and ad sets according to our internal $100M Meta Ad Framework

\- Keep our creative asset library clean, named correctly, and easy to navigate

\- Run daily QA checks on all live ads & catch errors before they cost us

\- Pull weekly performance reports for our marketing lead

 

Influencer & Email Support:

\- Keep our influencer gifting pipeline running end-to-end - briefs, follow-ups, tracking, reportManaging our influencer gifting pipeline from brief to content delivery, owning the relationships, sourcing new creators aligned with our aesthetic, and reporting on what's performinging

\- Klaviyo/Retention marketing assist: building and scheduling campaign emails, maintaining automated flows, managing segments, and sending weekly performance summaries

 

Operator-mindset Campaign Rollouts:

\- Supporting campaign launches with briefing docs, asset prep, and launch QA so nothing falls through the cracks on drop day

\- Pulling weekly performance data and bringing it back pre-analysed with a view on what to do next, not just raw numbers

 

About you

\- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing execution or marketing manager role, ideally at a DTC ecommerce brand with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle experience is a strong plus

\- Real, hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience- you're fluent in Meta Ads Manager and can set up a campaign confidently

\- Your written English is excellent - you write like a human, (not a robot, pls don't be cringe and send us a CV that sounds like one), and you know how to match a brand's tone and humanize AI copy

\- Experience with Australian brands a strong preference

\- You are extremely proactive and doesn't rely on briefs to motivate yourself; you notice things before the team does, and you know when something is critical vs a lower priority

\- You are obsessively organised - trackers make you happy, things slipping through the cracks make you anxious (in a good way)

\- You thrive independently but communicate proactively - you don't disappear, you don't wait to be chased

\- You can handle high-volume periods without losing quality - sale weeks don't scare you, they excite you

\- You actually love jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands - this isn't just a job to you, it's a world you want to be in

\- Shopify, Meta, Klaviyo experience is a big green flag <3
