Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Growth Lead who will manage marketing execution across multiple brands, projects, and clients.

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies for:

• IT services companies

• Cybersecurity companies

• E commerce brands

• Product companies

• Real estate businesses

• Local businesses and startups

You must understand how digital marketing works across multiple industries and be comfortable adapting strategies accordingly. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing both strategy and execution.

 

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms and brands.

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple industries

• Build marketing strategies for IT companies and cybersecurity services

• Design marketing plans for product companies and e commerce brands

• Support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns

Social Media Management

Manage digital presence across major platforms including:

• LinkedIn

• YouTube

• Instagram

• Facebook

• Twitter / X

• TikTok

• Pinterest

• Reddit

• Quora

• Tumblr

• Medium

You should understand how each platform works and how to optimize content for different audiences.

 

Paid Advertising and Campaign Management

You will plan and manage digital advertising campaigns including:

• LinkedIn Ads

• Google Ads

• YouTube Ads

• Facebook and Instagram Ads

• Retargeting campaigns

• Lead generation campaigns

You should understand how to design, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve results.

 

Content Strategy and Campaign Execution

• Plan content calendars across platforms

• Develop marketing themes and campaign ideas

• Coordinate content production with team members

• Analyze performance and optimize strategy

 

E Commerce Marketing

This role also requires understanding of digital marketing for online stores.

You should understand how to market products across platforms such as:

• Shopify websites

• Amazon

• Etsy

• Social commerce platforms

Responsibilities include:

• Increasing product visibility

• Running promotions and campaigns

• Supporting product marketing strategy

• Coordinating product content and listing optimization

 

AI First Marketing Approach

Our marketing operations use modern AI tools.

You must:

• Be comfortable using AI tools for research, content creation, analytics, and automation

• Use AI intelligently to improve efficiency and creativity

• Continuously learn new tools and techniques

If you are not comfortable learning and using AI tools regularly, this role is not suitable for you.

 

Team Management Responsibilities

You will manage a team of five interns who support marketing execution.

These interns include:

Content Research Intern

Finds trending topics, viral content, and market insights.

Content Creator and Writer Intern

Creates scripts, captions, blogs, and social media posts.

Video Editing Intern

Creates and edits videos for YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and marketing campaigns.

Product Research Analyst Intern

Researches trending products and market opportunities for e commerce projects.

Junior Social Media Marketing Intern

Supports posting, engagement, analytics tracking, and campaign execution.

You will assign tasks, review output, and ensure the team delivers quality work on time.

 

Must Have Skills

Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge in the following areas.

• Digital marketing strategy and execution

• Social media platform management

• Content planning and campaign development

• Paid advertising campaign management

• Lead generation and marketing funnels

• E commerce marketing fundamentals

• Strong understanding of online audience behavior

You should also be comfortable working with international clients and adapting strategies across industries.

 

Strongly Preferred Skills

• Experience marketing IT companies or technology services

• Experience marketing cybersecurity services

• Experience with marketing automation tools

• Experience managing small marketing teams

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

 

AI and Modern Marketing Expectations

You will have access to modern AI tools to support marketing activities.

You are expected to use AI responsibly and intelligently to improve research, content creation, and campaign execution.

Curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning are very important for this role.

 

What This Role Is Not

• Not a simple social media posting role

• Not a content only role

• Not an entry level marketing position

This role requires someone capable of managing strategy, execution, and team coordination.

 

Working Conditions

Remote role based in India.

You will collaborate with teams and clients across North America.

 

Salary Range

Salary range is INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.
