Who You Are 
 
You have worked in a healthcare setting for a minimum of 5 years. You have 3 years experience with _supervising others_. 
 
_P_roficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Ability to attend work on a regular basis, 
 
Ability to perform the duties of the position, Good work record. 
 
You have a University Degree in a related field. You must be licensed or registered and a member in good standing of the respective provincial and / or national associations as determined by the profession. 
 
What You Will Do 
 


* Participating in strategic planning for the service, and leading operational planning for the zone
* Directing, overseeing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the provision of services
* Managing fiscal and human resources to ensure the quality and safety of service delivery
* Ensuring adherence with professional practice standards, as well Horizon Health Network policies, processes and procedures
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and community partners to provide comprehensive, integrated services
* Leading special projects and quality improvement initiatives
* Participating in the recruitment, selection and professional development of staff
* Mentoring, coaching and providing staff with feedback on
