🎨 We’re Hiring: Senior Marketing Graphic Designer (Print & Packaging Focus)

💼 Permanent WFH | 💰 ₱70,000–₱85,000 | 🕗 US Shift

 

Are you a senior-level designer who understands print, packaging, and physical product production — not just digital design?

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Senior Marketing Graphic Designer with deep expertise in print production, packaging dielines, and manufacturing-ready artwork to support a U.S.-based client in the promotional products and physical goods space.

This is not a social-media-only design role.

This is for someone who understands material constraints, production workflows, and press-ready execution — and can confidently design for the real world.

 

 

🔑 What You’ll Do

* Design full catalog layouts (multi-page, InDesign-heavy work)
* Develop custom typographic imprint graphics and logo-style sentiment designs
* Create full-color packaging, including dieline preparation
* Produce press-ready and manufacturing-ready artwork files
* Design product mockups, pre-visualizations, and physical product concepts
* Create production schematics and specifications for custom awards/products
* Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all layouts
* Collaborate on creative direction while executing independently
* Provide light proofreading within packaging and catalog layouts
* Support occasional email creative and web banners as needed

 

🧠 What We’re Looking For

✔ 5–10 years of senior-level graphic design experience

✔ Strong portfolio demonstrating print, packaging, and physical product work

✔ Deep understanding of print production and material limitations

✔ Advanced typography and layout judgment

✔ Ability to concept collaboratively and execute independently

✔ Comfortable working in a production-heavy, detail-driven environment

 

💻 Technical Requirements

* Expert-level CorelDRAW proficiency (Required)
* Advanced Adobe InDesign (critical for catalog design)
* Strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills
* Experience preparing press-ready and manufacturing-ready files
* Experience working with packaging dielines
* Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools

 

✨ _Highly Preferred:_ Experience in promotional products, awards, packaging, or physical goods manufacturing.

 

🕗 Role Details

* Full-Time | Permanent Work-From-Home (Philippines)
* 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Time)
* Monday – Friday
* Industry: Promotional Products / Print / Physical Goods
