We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist / Growth Hacker who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology. This is a full-time remote position for an experienced marketer who can blend strategic marketing with hands-on execution — from creating viral content to optimizing ad campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Content Creation & Social Growth
* Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Discord, Instagram, and Facebook to increase community engagement and brand reach.
* Create, edit, and publish creative assets (posts, reels, carousels, and memes) tailored to gaming or youth-driven audiences.
* Manage community interactions on Discord and social platforms to foster engagement and loyalty.
* Paid Campaigns & Growth Strategy
* Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns focused on conversions, lead generation, and ROI.
* Experiment with growth tactics (A/B testing, funnel optimization, landing pages, referral loops, etc.) to drive scalable results.
* Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and deliver actionable insights.
* Analytics & Optimization
* Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other data platforms to track performance and user behavior.
* Continuously analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for audience growth and conversion improvement.
* Collaboration & Strategy
* Work with cross-functional teams (creative, tech, and business) to align growth efforts with brand objectives.
* Research emerging trends, platforms, and technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

 

Qualifications & Skills

* 4–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing.
* Hands-on experience managing and growing communities on Discord, Instagram, and Facebook.
* Strong portfolio of paid ad campaigns (FB/IG) with quantifiable results.
* Background in gaming, esports, or entertainment marketing preferred.
* Proficient in digital tools such as:
* Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
* Google Analytics / Tag Manager
* Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite (for creatives)
* SEO/SEM tools preferred (e.g., HootSuite, SEMRush, or others)
* MailChimp or other automation tools
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

 

Preferred Bonus Skills

* Experience running influencer collaborations or ambassador programs.
* Familiarity with SEO, YouTube growth, or TikTok marketing.
* Basic knowledge of automation or CRM tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Webflow).
