We are looking for an experienced Data Product Owner who will join our team in the Malta office.

 

✅ Responsibilities:

✔ Product Strategy and Vision:

* Develop and maintain a data product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
* Identify opportunities for new data products and enhancements to existing products.

✔ Stakeholder Collaboration:

* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and prioritize features.
* Serve as the main point of contact between business units and the data product team.
* Facilitate communication and alignment between technical and non-technical teams.

✔ Product Development:

* Create and manage product backlogs, ensuring that the team is working on the highest priority tasks.
* Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for new features.
* Oversee the development process, ensuring that data products are delivered on time and within scope.

✔ Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

* Monitor and analyze the performance of data products, using metrics and KPIs to drive improvements.
* Identify and resolve issues related to data product performance and user satisfaction.
* Continuously seek opportunities for optimization and innovation.

 

✅ Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of experience in data product management, BI, or data analytics.

✔ Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex data products.

✔ Strong understanding of BI, data science, data engineering, and analytics.

✔ Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management platforms.

✔ Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile methodologies.

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
