Job Description

We are seeking a Web Designer with 2–5 years of experience and strong Elementor skills to join our team. You will design and build a variety of web and marketing experiences for clients across multiple industries, primarily within WordPress and Webflow, with occasional full-site designs in Sketch or Adobe tools.

To be successful in this position, you should be a self-starter who can combine design creativity with conversion-focused thinking, collaborate with marketers and developers, and execute projects with precision and flair.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Design and build high-converting landing pages in no-code platforms like WordPress (Elementor) and Webflow.
* Update and enhance existing websites for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and improved user experience.
* Create and edit web graphics, ad creatives, and promotional layouts using Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Utilize AI tools (Chat GPT, Midjourney, Firefly) to generate or refine web copy and images as needed.
* Manage multiple design projects with minimal supervision and consistent attention to deadlines and detail.

 

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of professional experience in web design with a strong proficiency in Elementor (required).
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; motion or animation skills a plus).
* Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, or other layout design tools.
* Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design.
* Knowledge of AI image generation tools such as Midjourney or Firefly.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Effective time management and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

 

Experience

* 2–5 years of web design or related experience (agency experience preferred)
