Project Description

The project is a data service for quantitative developers in the real estate department with heavy GIS data. Databricks and PySpark are at its core, with C#/.NET for integration, ETL, and services.

 

Skills Required

* Fluent English and superb communication skills
* Expertise in computer science, algorithms, data structures, OOD, and Design Patterns
* Expertise in C#/.NET and Python backend development
* Expertise with databases, data modelling, and scaling
* A collaborative and engaging personality, contributing positively to team culture
* Ready to work during EST time-zone

 

Nice To Have

* Experience in real estate
* Experience with GIS data
* Angular experience

 

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and external teams
* Derive requirements and match them with architecture solutions
* Develop, test, and deploy applications
* Ensure data quality and reliability
* Provide L3 support for end users and business
