As the Google Ads Team Lead/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance on campaign operations to team members, ensuring adherence to established processes, and developing annual, quarterly, and monthly plans. You will be responsible for driving the team towards achieving set KPIs while maintaining high operational standards.

 

We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in Google Ads and demonstrates a track record of successfully managing teams of at least 5 members.

 

What you will do

* Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly plans to ensure the team meets established KPIs, operating within a budget of $5M-$10M per month
* Contribute to the development and improvement of workflows, ensuring the team operates in compliance with defined processes
* Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
* Stay up to date with the latest knowledge, methods, and strategies in Google Ads. Monitor and apply Google’s latest updates on features, ad formats, and market trends to develop and implement appropriate actions.
* Continuously research and develop new testing strategies to optimize the performance of Google Ads campaigns.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports to stakeholders, providing insights, highlighting achievements, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities for optimization

 

What we are looking for

* At least 5 years of experience in Google Ads, focus on conversion objectives
* A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
* Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled. Having Data certificates, Google Ads certificates is an advantage
* Experience in the e-commerce industry, App/Game industry or agency marketing, familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
* Minimum of 3 year of team management experience, leading teams of at least 5 members.
* Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
