SR. PRODUCT DESIGNER (CANADA OR US REMOTE)

A Parent Media Co. Inc. (APMC) is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Designer to join the team to support our Safe Streaming™ services: Kidoodle.TV®, Glitch+™, Dude Perfect™, and new to market Sports app, Victory+™, which delivers free live-streaming and highlights!

About You

You’re a systems-minded designer who can see the big picture while sweating every pixel. You love the craft of design, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand how to translate data and fan insights into exceptional digital experiences. You’re collaborative, confident, and ready to push creative boundaries — because great design doesn’t happen by accident.

 

Your Key Responsibilities include but isn’t limited to:

* Lead and oversee consistent experience design across platforms (mobile, TV, and web) for our premier live streaming sports platform, Victory+.
* Design and manage comprehensive design systems for our core product experience and sports viewing interfaces.
* Apply systems thinking to complex workflows (scheduling, streaming, stats integration, gamification, and more).
* Translate user insights and business objectives into innovative design solutions that drive fan engagement and revenue.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to accelerate processes, define product vision, and reduce time to ship.
* Conduct and apply findings & feedback from user research, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics to refine sports viewing experiences.
* Mentor other designers and establish design standards while advocating for accessibility and industry best practices.

 

 

Experience and Qualifications

* 5+ years designing consumer-facing digital products in fast-paced, agile environments.
* Proven experience in product design for mobile, web, and connected TV platforms.
* Mastery of user-centered design principles and UX fundamentals.
* Advanced Figma skills with deep experience building and maintaining design systems.
* Strong grasp of usability heuristics, interaction design, and visual design principles.
* Ability to translate analytics, A/B testing results, and behavioral data into design decisions.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in sports, streaming, or entertainment products is a strong plus.
