What You'll Do

* Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing guidance and answering questions on our team’s processes.
* Consult with partners on Eloqua campaign strategy, including email best practices.
* Act as a steward on data privacy and security, ensuring compliance and providing guidance on email/data standards.
* Oversee and enforce email governance protocols.
* Manage and submit internal communications for the Partner Launch Experience.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute projects such as the Partner Launch Experience.
* Train and onboard new users to our processes and marketing tools.
* Maintain and update the Partner Engagement SharePoint site as a central resource hub.
* Oversee user access and operations for the Stensul email creation tool.
* Manage access to various marketing tools, ensuring proper permissions and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or related field.
* Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategy and email campaign management.
* Understanding of data privacy, security, and governance standards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience providing training or onboarding for new users.

 

Preferred Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Eloqua, Stensul, SharePoint, AirTable, or similar marketing tools.
* Direct experience with data privacy compliance in marketing.
* Experience working on cross-functional teams and managing large-scale initiatives.
