We are looking for a <strong>Associate Tech Lead or Senior Software engineer</strong> with solid experience in .NET Core on the backend and Next.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to mentor a growing engineering team. This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality applications while ensuring best practices, scalability, and clean code.

  

Required

*   4+ years of experience with .NET Core for backend development.
*   1+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
*   3+ years of experience working with SQL databases (SQL Server preferred).
*   2+ years of experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
*   Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
*   Proven experience leading and mentoring a team.

  

Nice to Have

*   Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment automation).
*   Familiarity with AI-related technologies.

  

Responsibilities

*   Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, and desktop applications.
*   Analyze and maintain existing software applications, ensuring stability and scalability.
*   Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering growth and best practices.
*   Contribute to project estimation, planning, and resource allocation.
*   Design and document software solutions and system architectures.
*   Write highly scalable, testable, and maintainable code.
*   Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in applications.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
