We’re hiring a senior-level Lead Graphic Designer to shape and elevate the creative direction of @verragio — a renowned luxury bridal jewelry brand celebrated for timeless elegance and innovative craftsmanship.

 

🔔 Only candidates with prior experience in high-end or fine jewelry brands will be considered. 
This is not just a design role—it's a creative leadership position that blends high-level aesthetics, strategic thinking, and visual storytelling across digital and print platforms. You’ll serve as a core creative force behind our brand and will eventually lead a small team of designers to execute sophisticated, high-impact campaigns. 

💵 Compensation: $10+/hour (USD) depending on experience

What You’ll Do

Jewelry-Focused Luxury Branding & Creative Direction

* Define and evolve Verragio’s visual identity within the fine jewelry space across all digital and print channels.
* Conceptualize campaigns that emotionally connect with high-end bridal and luxury jewelry consumers.
* Elevate the perception of the brand with aspirational, design-forward storytelling.

 

Team & Marketing Leadership

* Lead and mentor 1–2 junior designers or freelancers to deliver polished, brand-aligned creative output.
* Oversee the full creative process—from ideation to execution—for seasonal campaigns and key initiatives.

 

Website & UX/UI Design

* Continuously enhance the brand’s website with elevated UI/UX principles and premium visual aesthetics.
* Design high-converting landing pages that align with marketing promotions, new collections, and social content.

 

Integrated Campaign Execution

* Align all creative materials across platforms, including social media posts, marketing campaigns, landing pages, and display advertising.
* Design for both print and digital: billboards, banners, email templates, and internal materials.

 

Asset Management & Retouching

* Oversee jewelry photo retouching and ensure all product imagery meets brand standards.
* Maintain visual asset libraries and ensure consistency across campaigns and channels.

 

What We’re Looking For

* 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on high-end jewelry.
* Experience exclusively with fine jewelry, luxury bridal jewelry, or premium accessories.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and professional retouching tools.
* Proven ability to lead creative direction, manage design teams, and produce high-impact visuals.
* Deep understanding of jewelry consumers, luxury storytelling, and aspirational visual branding.
* Expert-level skills in design systems, critical thinking, and project execution.
