Marketing Manager – TAVI & Cardio (UK, Ireland & Europe)

 

_Location: Remote or Hybrid within the UK/Ireland/Europe_

 

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing professional to join a fast-growing global medical device company as they expand their footprint across Europe. This role is ideal for a dynamic, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving impactful campaigns and events within the cardiovascular space - specifically TAVI.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Localise and adapt global marketing strategies and materials for the UK, Ireland, and wider European markets.
* Plan and execute regional events, conferences, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagements.
* Act as a bridge between regional stakeholders and a large-scale digital marketing team based overseas (team of 50+).
* Collaborate closely with European Sales teams, as well as Academy/Training Centre teams based in Germany and Spain.
* Serve as the primary marketing contact locally, playing a key role in establishing and growing the brand’s presence in Europe.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

* Marketing experience specifically within TAVI and cardiovascular medical devices.
* Strong knowledge of the UK, Ireland, and broader European healthcare markets.
* Demonstrated experience in localising marketing strategies and materials.
* A proven track record of managing events, conferences, and working with KOLs.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently while leveraging the support of a large international team.
