We’re a small, fast 3D+AI power team building next-gen interactive experiences across web and real-time 3D. You’ll design, implement, and own product areas end-to-end—and help steer a new industrial AR/VR/MR platform initiative. High autonomy, high responsibility, real impact. Remote-friendly (Taipei base • English-first).

 

What you’ll do

* Lead modern web apps (React/Next.js, Three.js or PlayCanvas) with world-class UX.
* Ship cross-platform apps (Unity, Flutter); maintain shared modules and SDKs.
* Build pipelines/tools for Unity/Houdini to streamline 3D workflows (import/export, GLTF/FBX, automation).
* Take end-to-end ownership of features/modules (scope → deliver → iterate) with TPO responsibilities.
* Integrate AI-assisted/agentic coding (Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf) into daily work to boost speed & quality.
* Keep products healthy: refactors, testing (unit/manual), bug fixing, thoughtful docs.
* Research/evaluate emerging tech and propose adoption paths.

 

What you bring

* 5+ years of hands-on software development; shipped meaningful products.
* Strong in C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, and/or Python.
* Clear English communication (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent) for an international, async environment.
* Ability to analyze requirements and propose solutions without hand-holding.
* Self-management & accountability—you thrive with autonomy and deliver outcomes.
* Collaborative mindset—you push for the best idea, not the loudest.

 

Nice to have

* Unity gameplay/tools, shaders, URP/HDRP basics.
* Three.js/PlayCanvas/WebGL performance tuning.
* Houdini/procedural workflows; asset pipelines; CI/CD (TeamCity).
* Prior tech-lead/TPO experience or strong product sense.
