Requirements 
 


* 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with at least 3 years in WordPress-based projects.
* Strong portfolio showcasing UX design processes and UI work across multiple platforms.
* Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
* Proficiency in WordPress (theme customization, page builders, plugins, Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for design handoffs and implementation.
* Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
* Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
