Growth Manager / Digital Marketing Lead

The Role 
We’re seeking a part-time Growth Manager / Digital Marketing Lead to drive performance and audience growth across our core initiatives. You’ll design and run multi-channel campaigns, optimize funnels for events, research, and branded content, and use data-driven insights to scale acquisition, engagement, and monetization. 
 
Key Responsibilities 


* Grow and engage audiences via SEO, email, automation, social, and partnerships.
* Drive registrations, downloads, and leads for webinars, surveys, and online/offline events.
* Set up and manage automation workflows (email sequences, survey follow-ups, event reminders, lead nurturing).
* Support branded campaigns with marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
* Lead A/B tests, track KPIs (acquisition, retention, CAC, LTV), and optimize funnels.
* Collaborate with editorial on content, reviews, and research to amplify growth. 
 
 
 

What We’re Looking For 


* 3–5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or audience development (media, publishing, or B2B events preferred).
* Hands-on experience with SEO, automation setup, paid campaigns, and analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker).
* Proven ability to run and optimize growth experiments and outreach campaigns.
* Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration. 
 
 
 

Desirable 


* Understanding of the digital publishing ecosystem (SEO, ad-tech, branded content).
* Experience in growing online communities, events, or memberships.
* Background in content writing or editorial work — ability to align growth strategies with compelling narratives.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and event management platforms.
