Position: Strategic Global Marketing Manager (Founding Team Member)

Employment Type: Equity-based partnership position (unpaid initially)

Location: Remote (Global)

Commitment: Part-time (2-6 hours/week, scalable based on company growth)

We are developing a global AI-powered networking platform that facilitates direct business connections across multiple languages and markets. Our platform aims to provide professionals with enhanced networking capabilities without algorithmic restrictions.

 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our founding team in an equity-based partnership role. This position is currently unpaid but offers significant equity participation and growth opportunities as the company develops.

 

Important Note: This is an equity-only position with no immediate salary. Compensation will be provided through equity participation (1% equity vesting over 24 months after company milestones).

 

Key Responsibilities

* Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for international markets
* Create and execute brand awareness campaigns
* Design marketing initiatives that resonate across diverse cultural audiences
* Lead consultant and investor acquisition marketing efforts
* Establish scalable marketing frameworks for franchise operations
* Drive user acquisition and engagement strategies

 

Required Qualifications

* Experience: Demonstrated marketing expertise in startup, agency, or growth environments
* Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English required; additional languages highly valued
* Technical Skills: Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms
* Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute global marketing campaigns
* Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills for performance measurement and optimization
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfort working in early-stage, high-uncertainty environments

 

Preferred Qualifications

* International or multi-market campaign experience
* Background in B2B technology or SaaS marketing
* Experience with startup fundraising and investor communications
* Track record of building marketing processes from ground up
