About The Role 
 
We're looking for a hands-on CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help us build, optimize, and scale our email campaigns. This is a part-time remote role with the potential to grow into full-time as we expand. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 

* Create and launch engaging email campaigns and newsletters
* Build and optimize templates, subject lines, and CTAs
* Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and suggest improvements
* Collaborate with content creators and analysts to drive results
* Segment lists and personalize campaigns for higher engagement 
 
 

Requirements 
 


* 5+ years of email marketing experience (advanced email tools like Pardot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
* Strong understanding of list segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices
* Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting performance metrics
* Bonus if you've worked in finance, investing, or publishing industries
