We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our client’s team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications. You should be passionate about human-centered design, able to translate business requirements into engaging digital experiences, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
* Develop and maintain UI/UX guidelines, design systems, and style standards.
* Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
* Ensure designs are optimized for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
* Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience based on feedback and analytics.
* Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Requirements

* 5–8 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (not for coding but for collaborating with developers).
* Experience in user research, personas, and usability testing.
* Strong knowledge of responsive design principles.
* Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
* Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
