We are an Adelaide-based creative agency seeking a versatile and performance-driven Paid Ads and SEO Specialist to join our team as a full-time independent contractor. This is a remote, work-from-home position requiring full availability five days per week, nine hours per day. You will play a key role in helping our clients grow through both paid media and organic search strategies.

We are offering Rp 6,440,000 per month.

 

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and optimising digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other paid platforms, while also driving organic traffic through SEO best practices. This is a hands-on role that involves performance tracking, keyword research, technical audits, backlink building and collaboration with our creative and development teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Paid Advertising

* Plan, set up and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other ad networks.
* Conduct keyword and audience research to support targeting and ad performance.
* Monitor and optimise campaigns for conversions and ROI
* Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure effective creative assets are used.
* Implement conversion tracking and prepare clear, actionable performance reports.

 

Search Engine Optimisation

* Conduct technical audits, on-page optimisation and content recommendations
* Lead backlink outreach and off-page SEO efforts to improve domain authority
* Monitor rankings, site health and organic traffic using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush
* Work closely with content writers and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across websites

 

Required Skills and Experience

* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing across both paid ads and SEO
* Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta platforms
* Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimisation and backlink strategies
* Familiarity with SEO and SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Ahrefs or SEMrush
* Fully fluent in spoken and written English
* Confident communicator who can explain insights and make recommendations
