Responsibilities:

*   Diagnose technical issues and explain solutions to customers.
*   Follow up and Canvashing Project in Bali-NTB-NTT Area (RMC Precast, Infrastructure and Building Projects).
*   Handle and maintain the existing customer and technical support.
*   Sell technical products or services and expand the customer base.
*   Establish new business relationships and address technical inquiries from clients.
*   Provide product presentations and demonstrations to customers on how a product meets client needs.
*   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery
*   building relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
*   Act as a liaison between the technical team and customers.

Qualifications
--------------

Requirements

*   Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture
*   Minimum of 2 years in the construction industry
*   Fluent In English.
*   Ability to explain product functionalities to clients
*   Strong troubleshooting skills and provide good technical guidance
*   Honest and highly motivated
*   Resilient and responsible
*   Communicative and team-oriented
*   Will be based in Denpasar
*   Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
