About the Role

We are hiring a Executive Assistant with a strong focus on sales, strategy, and commercial analysis. You’ll work closely with our real estate agents and leadership team to support client relationships, guide commercial decisions, and help close deals.

You’ll play a key role in organizing, analyzing, and enhancing the entire sales experience for high-profile clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate client tour schedules and logistics
* Analyze CRM data and generate actionable reports
* Develop follow-up strategies to support deal closures
* Support the business team with insights and structure
* Provide high-quality post-sale client service

 

Requirements

* Full professional fluency in English (C1-C2 level)
* 2+ years in bilingual sales, business development, or commercial data analysis
* CRM experience
* Familiarity with data analysis or AI tools is a plus
* Full availability on weekends (2 weekdays off)
