About The Job 
 
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist with a strong background in 3D rendering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets, collaborating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within specifications. If you are a skilled artist with experience in Lumion, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties And Responsibilities 
 


* Pitch and present designs to clients, providing 3D renderings that meet their expectations and project requirements.
* Collaborate with clients to gather assets and project specifications, then work closely with the internal team to create visually compelling renderings.
* Use Lumion software for 3D rendering—this is the biggest requirement. You must be proficient in rendering architectural and interior design elements.
* Support clients and vendors by helping them understand design concepts and providing creative input on projects.
* Be creative and resourceful, capable of adjusting designs on the fly to meet project needs or changes.
* Ensure that all projects are deadline-oriented and adhere to quality standards, delivering exceptional visuals. 
 
 

Qualifications 
 


* At least 3-5 years of experience in doing 3D Rendering and Graphic Design,
* Proficiency in 3D rendering is essential. Experience with Lumion software is a huge plus
* Background in interior design is a plus.
* Excellent creativity and the ability to visualize and communicate ideas effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to adapt and adjust designs based on feedback and project demands.
