Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for senior UI/UX designers and UX-oriented frontend developers to fill potential openings for our clients. If you meet the minimum qualifications below, please apply and we will reach out if we think you could be a good fit.

 

_Responsibilities may include:_

* Collaborating with team members on projects and tasks.
* Maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Building front-end design systems and application workflows using AI coding tools.
* Designing low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
* Architecting user flows, service blueprints, user journeys, and site maps.
* Running various forms of research, such as user interviews, contextual inquiry, usability tests, competitive analyses, usability audits, and surveys.
* Synthesizing research findings to produce easy-to-consume research deliverables, such as reports and visuals.
* Other miscellaneous design tasks, as needed.

 

Qualifications

 

* 5+ years of relevant work experience.
* A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design aptitude, as well as an understanding of and ability to execute the full design process.
* Experience owning research and design for mobile and desktop applications.
* Proficiency in high-fidelity UI design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
* Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript.
* Proficiency in AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Lovable.
* Basic understanding of data flows and APIs.
* Experience leveraging remote ideation and collaboration tools, such as Miro, FigJam, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Zoom, and Asana.
* An inherent drive to help others.
* Skill in delivering human-centered design solutions.
* High attention to detail.
* Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to take ownership of projects.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate and influence effectively and respectfully in diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
* Eighteen years of age or older.
* Legally permitted to work in your country of residence.
* Advanced in understanding and producing spoken and written English within a workplace context (C1 or higher).
* High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Nice to Haves

 

* A college-level degree or professional certificate in design or a design-related field.
* Proficiency in using additional graphic design and animation tools.
* Experience in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise.
