As our AI Agent Developer, you will take full ownership of developing and scaling the core autonomous agent system behind our Marketing.MBA AI product. You’ll work closely with the Head of AI to bring sophisticated reasoning, memory, and tool integration into production, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain the core LangGraph-based AI agent system of the Marketing.MBA AI product, with a strong focus on production readiness and reliability.
* Design, build, and operate end-to-end agentic systems, implementing stateful workflows, self-correction loops, and tool-calling via LangGraph and LangChain.
* Implement advanced agent control flows to support cyclical reasoning, dynamic state management, and robust error handling.
* Integrate a scalable ecosystem of tools, APIs, internal services, and human-in-the-loop feedback mechanisms into agent architecture.
* Rapidly ship new features by translating strategic product requirements into functional AI-driven capabilities.
* Lead the expansion of the system to support multimodal I/O, user-specific memory, KPI tracking, graph knowledge integration, and intelligent behavior tuning.
* Collaborate directly with the Head of AI and participate in weekly syncs (1x/week) to maintain alignment and agility.
* Optimize and monitor agent performance using LangSmith and similar evaluation/tracing tools.
* Support the internal AI Lab initiative, contributing to building proprietary models and novel agent behavior.
* Contribute to the vision of building the best Marketing-AI product on the market and shaping a new category in autonomous marketing.
* Participate in fast-paced experimentation, and continuously adapt to new tools and agent system techniques.
* Increase development speed and ship 50% more agent features per week over time.

 

 

Requirements:

* Solid, proven hands-on experience with LangChain, including LangChain Expression Language (LCEL) and building custom tools. (non-negotiable).
* Strong Python development background, especially with asyncio, and frameworks such as FastAPI.
* Mid-level software engineer with a strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (Git, Docker, testing).
* Demonstrated ability to build and deploy production-grade AI agent systems.
* Experience working with observability, debugging, and evaluation systems such as LangSmith.
* A deep interest in agent systems, state machines, control theory, and LLM reasoning workflows.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
* Fluent in English.
* Ability to join the team within 2 weeks of offer to support product timeliness.

* A portfolio or GitHub showcasing LangGraph-based agent projects.
* Experience with multimodal agents, memory systems, or KPI optimization workflows.
