We’re on a mission to build a social media platform that meets deep human needs — and we need a bold Marketing Lead ready to lead that charge. You don’t have to be a guru in every tool or platform — but if you know your way around web or social media analytics, that’s a strong plus.

_What You’ll Be Helping With 
 


* Supporting the coordination of our passionate and diverse marketing team to keep everyone aligned and focused
* Collaborating on strategies to amplify our mission and grow our community
* Helping define our brand positioning and target audiences while experimenting with innovative ways to reach them
* Assisting with marketing efforts across channels like content, social media, and partnerships
* Providing insights into customer needs, market trends, and what truly connects with our audience
* Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to identify wins and opportunities for improvement 
 
 

Creative & Strategic Contributions 
 


* Collaborate closely with our creative team to develop campaigns, social posts, and communications that reflect our brand’s voice and goals

* Brainstorm and launch straightforward, multi-channel campaigns that stay consistent with our mission and values across digital, print, and video channel
* Help build and nurture relationships with potential partners, communities, and collaborators 
 
 

Ideal Candidate 
 


* You enjoy wearing multiple hats and figuring things out as you go
* You're a strong communicator who owns their ideas and opinions
* You’re curious about people and communication, and excited to help a mission grow
* You’re comfortable starting simple and learning through doing
* You bring a mix of creativity and structure to how you work
* At least 3 years hands-on marketing experience with marketing strategy, social media, or content creation
* Based in Denmark (or familiar with the local landscape) is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing and communication, psychology, business, or related field
