We’re hiring a senior-level Lead Graphic Designer to shape and elevate the creative direction of @verragio — a renowned luxury bridal jewelry brand known for timeless elegance and innovative craftsmanship.

 

This is not just a design position—it's a leadership role that blends high-level creativity, strategic thinking, and visual storytelling across digital and print platforms. You’ll serve as a core creative force behind our brand and will eventually manage a small team of designers to execute sophisticated, high-impact campaigns.

 

Pay can be $10+/hour US depending on your experience

 

What You’ll Do:

Luxury Branding & Creative Direction

* Define and evolve Verragio’s luxury visual identity across all digital and print channels.
* Conceptualize campaigns that emotionally connect with luxury consumers and elevate our positioning.

 

Team & Marketing Leadership

* Lead 1–2 junior designers or freelancers to deliver cohesive, polished creative output.
* Oversee the full creative process—from ideation to execution—across seasonal campaigns and ongoing initiatives.

 

Website & UX/UI Design

* Continuously improve the brand’s website with elevated UI/UX updates and luxury aesthetics.
* Design high-converting landing pages aligned with promotions, social content, and marketing goals.

 

Integrated Campaign Execution

* Align social media posts with marketing campaigns and landing pages.
* Design billboard ads, banners, email marketing templates, and internal marketing materials.

 

Asset Management & Retouching

* Oversee image retouching and organization of visual assets to ensure consistency across all platforms and campaigns.

 

What We’re Looking For:

* 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on luxury branding.
* Experience with fine jewelry, high-end fashion, cosmetics, or luxury lifestyle brands is required.
* Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other key design/retouching tools.
* Proven ability to lead creative direction, manage teams, and deliver stunning, brand-aligned visuals.
* Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, market positioning, and storytelling.
* Expert-level critical thinking, project management, and creative execution skills.
