Background  
  
You’ll take the lead in managing over 40+ client social media accounts, ensuring exceptional communication, consistent scheduling, and process-driven execution. You’ll also be the central point for client interactions, supporting our editors, strategists, and creatives by keeping content pipelines running smoothly.  
  
This role requires autonomy, urgency, and long-term commitment (1-3+ years). You’ll report directly to leadership and work closely with internal teams across content strategy and production.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
Social Media Management  
  

*   Manage and maintain 40-50 client accounts across various platforms
*   Curate, schedule, and publish content using tools like Sprout Social and Frame.io
*   Coordinate content calls and media shoots across clients
*   Monitor content performance and ensure timely delivery  
      
    

Client Communication & Support  
  

*   Respond to client queries and support requests
*   Represent the brand professionally in all written and verbal communications
*   Ensure client expectations are managed and met proactively  
      
    

Process & Workflow Management  
  

*   Develop and refine internal workflows and documentation
*   Support ongoing deliverables audits and tracking
*   Coordinate with editors and content creators to maintain consistency  
      
    

Who You Are  
  

*   3-4+ years of experience in social media management
*   Strong client-facing communication skills (written + verbal)
*   Based in South Africa (preferred) for cultural and accent alignment
*   Proven experience managing multiple brands/accounts at scale
*   Fluent in English with a neutral accent
*   Proactive, autonomous, and solutions-oriented
*   Comfortable working EST hours: 9AM-5PM EST, Mon-Fri, with some flexibility
*   Long-term mindset (1-3+ year engagement ideal)  
      
    

Bonus Experience  
  

*   Campaign management with paid media budgets over $10,000
*   Background in client service or agency-style workflows
*   Experience working with creative teams (video editors, content strategists)
