* 7+ years as a Software Engineer / ML Engineer / Data Scientist with at least one significant production-level GenAI or AI Agent project
* Advanced mastery of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.)
* Hands-on experience with Dust.tt or similar platforms (LangChain, CrewAI, Flowise, Dify, etc.)
* Expertise in conversational architectures and RAG
* Strong multi-agent orchestration skills
