Your Impact

As Director of Marketing, you'll architect the marketing ecosystem for a company at an inflection point. With a major book launch in September 2025, platform migration underway, and ambitious goals to help one million people by 2041, you'll have the opportunity to drive transformational growth. You'll lead strategy and execution to scale revenue from current 6-7 figures to $10M+ while building systems for sustainable growth in the $946B digital health market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Orchestrate comprehensive marketing strategy for September 2025 book launch targeting 20,000 pre-orders and establishing thought leadership presence
* Lead critical Kajabi to GoHighLevel platform migration saving $10K+ annually while unlocking advanced automation capabilities
* Scale digital presence 5x from current baselines (17K Instagram, 100+ podcast episodes) through data-driven content and community strategies
* Design and optimize conversion funnels across three audiences (individuals, practitioners, parents) from free resources → $597 programs → $3,000+ certifications
* Build and mentor high-performing marketing team while fostering culture of innovation and data-driven decision making
* Execute 10+ annual program launches with sophisticated pre-launch, launch, and post-launch sequences driving predictable revenue
* Develop strategic partnerships and affiliate relationships expanding market reach by 200%
* Own marketing P&L with clear ROI metrics across all channels and initiatives

 

Required Qualifications:

* 7-10 years progressive marketing leadership with 3+ years at Director level
* Proven track record scaling revenue from $1M to $10M+ in digital health, wellness, SaaS, or education sectors
* Expert-level experience with marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel, Kajabi, HubSpot, or similar)
* Demonstrated success leading platform migrations and technology transformations
* Experience managing teams of 5+ and building high-performance cultures

 

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare or wellness industry experience with understanding of compliance requirements
* Book launch or major product launch experience
* Certification in digital marketing or growth methodologies
* Experience with multi-channel attribution and advanced analytics

 

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary $100,000-$130,000 plus quarterly performance bonuses (15-25% additional), comprehensive benefits from Day 1, unlimited PTO, $2,000 annual professional development budget, and the opportunity to work with a world-renowned physician making revolutionary impact in trauma healing.
