WEAREBRAND is a creative agency specialized in strategy, content, and performance marketing for luxury hotels and exceptional destinations. We’re currently looking for a high-level Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate digital strategy for 5 prestigious hospitality brands:

→ 3 iconic palace hotels in Paris

→ 2 exclusive private resorts

✨ Your Mission:

* Define and implement high-end marketing strategies across digital platforms
* Coordinate content, ads, email, and influencer activations with internal creative and media teams
* Manage the digital presence and calendar for 5 luxury properties
* Align brand storytelling with commercial goals (visibility, bookings, reputation)
* Collaborate with hotel GMs, PR teams, and brand partners
* Monitor key KPIs: reach, engagement, leads, ROAS, conversion
* Ensure brand consistency, tone, and premium positioning

✅ You Are:

* A strategic thinker with a strong creative sensibility
* Experienced in the luxury or hospitality industry
* Fluent in English (French is a big plus)
* Comfortable managing multiple high-profile clients simultaneously
* Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance tools
* Able to brief and manage creatives, copywriters, and paid media specialists
* Organized, responsive, and elegant in your communication
