Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

Full-Time | $2,000 CAD/month

 

Royal York Property Management is a global, tech-powered leader in property management services; managing over 25,000 rental units across Ontario, with 21 offices in the province and international locations across the United States, Europe, Central America, Asia, and the Middle East.

We’re hiring a results-driven Social Media Manager to own and lead the development of our online presence across all major platforms. This isn’t a “post-and-go” role, you’ll be responsible for building out a platform-specific team, managing paid campaigns, and proving ROI. What You’ll Do:

* Develop and execute a bold, data-driven social media strategy across platforms: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
* Hire and manage a team of platform-specific specialists, each responsible for growth and performance on their assigned channel.
* Create and edit engaging short-form video content using CapCut.
* Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns with proven strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement, and leads.
* Provide performance reports with clear KPIs and measurable growth metrics.
* Monitor trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh, timely, and competitive.
* Oversee all content, captions, visuals, and tone to maintain brand consistency across every channel.
* Manage engagement (DMs, comments, feedback loops) and protect the brand’s online reputation.

 

What You Bring:

* 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proficiency in CapCut and short-form video editing workflows.
* Strong experience running Meta ad campaigns, with a portfolio of successful results (ROAS, engagement, reach, or conversions).
* Must provide a list of the companies or brands you've previously managed, with live links or screenshots as proof of campaign success.
* Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and lead a team, with excellent time and people management skills.
* Deep understanding of platform algorithms, SEO for social, trends, and tone differentiation.
* Experience in real estate, tech, or a fast-paced B2C service industry is an asset.
