Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Global Creative Design Manager to lead our creative team in delivering impactful, brand-aligned visual storytelling. This role is responsible for driving the creative vision across all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in design execution. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can elevate our brand presence globally, with a strong focus on aligning creative direction with both global and regional trends, particularly within Europe. This leadership position requires creative excellence and strategic insight to execute design initiatives that enhance and elevate our brand.

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the creative vision for the brand across global markets, with a strong focus on European design principles, trends, and aesthetics.
* Develop and execute innovative design strategies that align with business goals and resonate with diverse markets.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure creative initiatives are aligned with overall brand strategy and market positioning.
* Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring the highest quality design outputs across all brand touchpoints (digital, print, packaging, product, photography, etc.).
* Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across markets and platforms, while allowing for regional adaptability.
* Manage and mentor a large team of designers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
* Stay ahead of design trends and consumer preferences in Europe, bringing new ideas and innovative design approaches that elevate the brand’s visual identity and creative direction.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and communications, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns and messaging.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
* Manage external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers to support project execution.
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
* Support key product launches, campaign rollouts, and global initiatives with compelling creative assets.
* Champion sustainability within design, exploring innovative ways to incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable design practices into the creative process.

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* 7-10 years of experience in creative design, with a proven track record in leading design teams, driving strategic initiatives and executing brand strategies.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in global and European design aesthetics, trends, and creative direction.
* Excellent understanding of European design principles, preferences, and cultural nuances.
* Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant software.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present and influence senior stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.
* A track record of working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
* Passionate about design with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
