Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid / Remote)

 

We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy storyteller to own our digital presence—shaping campaigns, content, and brand voice across web, social, email, and paid media.

 

In this mid-level role you will:

 

* Plan & launch multichannel campaigns (SEO, social, email, PPC) and fine-tune them with real-time analytics.
* Create engaging written, visual, and short-form video content that brings our projects and culture to life.
* Grow and manage social communities on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency everywhere.
* Collaborate with firm leadership to align marketing strategy with business goals and keep our website fresh and on message.

 

What you’ll bring

 

* 2+ years of hands-on digital-marketing experience (A/E/C sector a plus).
* Strong writing skills plus fluency with Google Analytics, SEO tools, Mailchimp/CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* A portfolio that shows successful campaigns, eye-catching visuals, and (bonus) video or photography chops.
