Tasks 

 
* Expand and optimize influencer marketing campaigns across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
 
* Drive performance at scale through data-led, ROI-focused strategies.
 
* Collaborate with some of the top creators in the DACH region to boost visibility, conversions, and brand affinity.
 
* Work cross-functionally with creative and paid teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing funnels.
 
* Continuously analyze performance and iterate based on insights.
 

 
Requirements

* Proven experience managing performance-driven influencer marketing in the DACH region.
 
* Fluent in German and English – both written and verbal.
 
* Strong network and prior collaborations with top-tier DACH influencers, ideally across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
 
* Confident managing six-figure monthly budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
 
* Deep knowledge of the social and cultural landscape across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
 
* Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
