We are currently seeking a dynamic and inquisitive Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) with strong technical UI and Frontend skills and the ability to navigate organizational dynamics, with adaptability and foundational knowledge in security applications.

The Project

Our client’s platform runs on the Microsoft Azure cloud and follows a microservices architecture. They run a mix of open source, vendor-licensed, and internally developed tools to perform functions such as provisioning, software deployment, logging, and monitoring.

You'll learn these tools and have opportunities to improve them. The team is collaborative; they work closely with the development teams and support to deliver the best results for the organization. The goal is to balance the best solution with the need to get things done for each engineering challenge we face.

We’re looking for a candidate with strong skills in UI/UX, who will essentially take responsibility for design decisions of the Frontend code.

Technologies

* Proficiency in .NET Core
* Proficiency in the Azure Cloud (or AWS, GCP)
* Event Hubs, Service Bus or similar
* Container Apps, Function Apps, App Services
* Storage Accounts, CDN, etc.
* Subscriptions, Resource Groups
* App Insights, Log Analytics
* RBAC, Managed Identities, SPNs, App Registrations
* Strong background in Microservices architecture
* Strong UI/UX Technical Skills (Typescript, Angular, RxJS, Kendo, material-ui, SCSS)
* Proficiency in Azure Frontdoor
* Familiarity with GitHub Actions or similar
* Familiarity with cloud automation, especially infrastructure automation. Ideally, experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or similar tools (e.g., ARM templates, Terraform, or Pulumi)
* Hands-on experience with Docker
* Database skills with Azure SQL, MongoDB, SQL, and Cosmos DB
* Comfortable exploring Infrastructure as Code (IAC), Developer Experience (DX), UI, and architecture as necessary
* Familiarity with widely used Azure resources, including ASB/Event Hub, AKS/ACA (desirable), Storage Account

Nice to Have

Experience in application security for large-scale platforms and familiarity with:

* Open Policy Agent experience
* REGO
* Auth0, or experience with any similar tool
* SPIFFE
