Sr. Project Manager & Scrum Master

Location : 100 % REMOTE ( NEED LOCALS TO Virginia )

Duration : Long term ongoing with no end date

 

 

Requirements:

\- Significant Scrum Master experience, as well as strong fundamentals in advanced scrum team analytics, using project management tools like Azure DevOps

\- Significant experience leading agile development teams and facilitating delivery in an Agile environment

\- A minimum of 7 years+ years experience as a dedicated Scrum Master working for a large enterprise

\- A minimum of 15 years of total experience in a project environment as a PM or a project team member, with at least half of that experience in large enterprises

\- Active CSM Certification (SAFe Scrum Master preferred)

\- Experience with strategic communication and execution a plus

 

 

Desired, not required:

\- Experience running agile teams in the Enterprise Security space

\- Financial industry project experience
