We're Hiring: Senior Digital Marketing Manager – First Marketing Hire

Compensation: $70k – $90k DOE

 

Evo Digital Advertising is a lean, profitable digital marketing agency that punches well above its weight. We manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn — with a strong focus on behavioral health and addiction rehab, as well as clients in e-commerce, B2B, and SaaS.

 

This is our first marketing hire — you won’t be joining a bloated org with layers of red tape. You'll be working directly with the founder, owning strategy and execution from day one, and helping build the systems that scale. 

What You’ll Do

* Own campaign performance across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
* Build, launch, and optimize campaigns from scratch
* Analyze data and make fast, intelligent decisions
* Communicate results and recommendations directly to clients
* Collaborate weekly with the founder and creative partners 
 

What You Bring

* 5+ years in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Proven ability to improve CAC, ROAS, MQLs/SQLs, and real business KPIs
* Deep understanding of conversion tracking, UTMs, GA4, and offline events
* Ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
* Hypothesis-driven mindset
* Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement 
 

Bonus Points For

* Experience in behavioral health, addiction, healthcare, or B2B
* Familiarity with tools like CallTrackingMetrics, Funnel.io, Supermetrics
* Ability to spin up reports quickly in Looker Studio or Google Sheets
