Job Overview 
 
The Field HCP Marketing Manager plays a critical role in maximizing the impact of Sequel’s field sales teams — including Area Managers, Regional Business Leaders, Territory Business Leaders and Clinical Diabetes Specialists — by developing high-impact marketing tools and resources that drive product adoption and HCP engagement. 
 
This role will create, refine, and ensure promotional materials, sales aids, and educational content drive effective conversations that lead to twiist prescriptions. The Field Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to ensure all marketing assets are aligned with brand strategy, undergo the appropriate MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes, and comply with all FDA and regulatory standards. 
 
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a ground-floor launch team bringing an innovative diabetes technology to market. 
 
Job Responsibilities And Essential Duties 
 


* Develop Field Marketing Materials: Create high-quality sales tools, collateral, presentations, objection handlers, and other materials to support Sequel’s field sales teams across the customer journey.
* Ensure Compliance: Manage the MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process to gain approval for all field marketing materials; ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, industry standards, and Sequel policies.
* Field Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Territory Business Leaders, Clinical Diabetes Specialists, and Sales Leadership to gather input and prioritize field marketing needs.
* Content Customization: Adapt marketing materials to address regional and customer-specific nuances while maintaining brand consistency.
* Sales Enablement: Build marketing toolkits, launch packs, and digital resources to empower field teams with easy access to effective, compliant selling tools.
* KOL Program Support: Work with Med Affairs to develop the KOL program, including Speakers Bureau.
* Training and Rollout: Collaborate with Sales Training and Marketing teams to deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing education to the field on new marketing resources and tools.
* Customer Insights: Gather feedback from the field about customer needs, messaging effectiveness, and unmet challenges to inform future marketing strategy and content development.
* Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on the usage and effectiveness of field marketing materials; recommend enhancements based on data and feedback.
* Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product Management, Digital Marketing, Clinical Education, and Customer Care to ensure a cohesive and unified customer experience across touchpoints. 
 
 

Minimum Requirements 
 


* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in field marketing, sales enablement, marketing communications, or product marketing, preferably within a medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology company. 
 
 

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities 
 


* Strong understanding of FDA regulations, advertising and promotion standards, and experience navigating MLR approval processes.
* Proven ability to develop compelling, compliant marketing materials for field sales teams.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; able to work effectively across multiple functions and levels.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and content management tools is a plus.
* Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Ability to travel up to 20% for team meetings, sales meetings, and field rides.
* Candidates located near our Manchester, NH or Marlborough, MA locations will be prioritized.
