**What we are Doing:**

Ethena Labs is actively building and deploying a suite of groundbreaking products designed to address key challenges and unlock new opportunities within the digital finance landscape. 

  

Our flagship product, **USDe**, is a synthetic dollar backed by digital assets, and takes the novel approach of using a delta-neutral hedging strategy to maintain its peg. This provides a truly scalable and censorship-resistant digital dollar.

  

Building upon USDe, we offer **sUSDe**. sUSDe provides crypto-native rewards generated from funding rates in derivatives markets, offering an alternative to existing products tethered to the traditional financial system.

  

Furthermore, we are actively developing solutions to facilitate institutional adoption of digital assets. In partnership with Securitize and Blackrocks BUIDL fund, **USDtb** provides a more traditional, asset-backed stablecoin option, leveraging established financial infrastructure to appeal to institutional clients. Expanding on this, **iUSDe** is designed specifically for traditional financial institutions, incorporating necessary compliance features to enable them to access the crypto-native rewards our protocol generates, in an institutional-friendly manner.

  

Finally, our most ambitious undertaking to date is **Converge,** our joint blockchain initiative with Securitize. This hybrid blockchain is designed to be the nexus where DeFi meets the needs of CeFi and TradFi. Converge aims to be a primary issuance layer for tokenised assets, integrating seamlessly with existing DeFi protocols to provide institutions with an environment to participate in the decentralised economy.

**The Role** 

  

As the Social Marketing and Content Lead you’ll be responsible for much of how Ethena's public brand and persona is perceived by the world. You’ll improve social and community engagement, take a major role in driving the adoption of Ethena's products and have a direct impact in the level of success for all that we do. You will be the primary voice of Ethena. 

  

This role involves overseeing all aspects of Ethena's social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and public communications. Utilising your deep understanding of crypto ecosystems, emerging trends, and audience behaviours, while collaborating with multiple teams internally and externally, you’ll maintain a consistent narrative of all that Ethena does, growing our markets and ever deepening relationships with our audiences and communities.

  

### What You’ll Do

*   Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
*   Improve Ethena's visibility on social platforms, both through further developing individual team member and company accounts.
*   Continuously produce aesthetic visuals and engaging informative content highlighting new products, partnerships, user utility and growth metrics.
*   Work with internal and external designers to enhance Ethena's branding for content.
*   Maintain content libraries, calendars and pipelines for various teams.
*   Play a role on the Converge initiative with Securitize, to attract new projects and products to build within the ecosystem and attract users to those protocols and products. Be a mentor/advisor to ecosystem teams, ensuring Ethena's brand can be felt throughout the ecosystem while allowing projects to maintain their own personalities
*   Build an industry leading Community, hosting events at conferences, on social media, Discord, and other platforms.

### What We’re Looking For

*   Deep social media marketing experience in crypto, specifically X/Twitter and runs or has run a high profile X/twitter account.
*   Plugged into industry trends, with a strong understanding of crypto and DeFi concepts, including familiarity with regulatory considerations in crypto marketing.
*   Previous success driving brand growth, user acquisition, and community engagement in the Web3 space. 
*   Experience with graphic design tools such as Figma to aid content production.
*   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for storytelling.
