About the Role

 

We're looking for a visionary Web3 native Marketing Director to lead our efforts in driving adoption and brand recognition. This is an incredible opportunity to work on a truly unique product that has the potential to change the world.

 

The role involves creating compelling content on Twitter, hosting engaging Spaces, and travelling globally to represent the company at major events.

 

You’ll collaborate with a talented and experienced team working at the bleeding edge of Bitcoin development, crafting data-driven strategies and ensuring brand’s growth within Bitcoin DeFi and the broader crypto ecosystem.

 

What You'll Do

 

* Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive protocol adoption, build community engagement, and establish the company as a leader in Bitcoin DeFi
* Strategically position the company as an innovative solution within the crypto ecosystem through targeted messaging, PR campaigns, and thought leadership
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical teams to distill complex blockchain concepts into digestible, impactful marketing materials and campaigns
* Actively engage with the Bitcoin and crypto communities through online platforms (e.g., Twitter Spaces, Discord) and real-life events to foster trust and loyalty
* Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and user feedback to refine the company's marketing playbook and identify growth opportunities
* Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, aligning their efforts with measurable OKRs and KPIs
* Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from campaigns and initiatives
* Attend key crypto conferences, host IRL events, and participate in virtual discussions to elevate the protocol’s presence in the global crypto space

 

What You'll Need

 

* Ability to produce insightful, high-quality content with a strong Twitter presence and history of meaningful interactions. Regular publishing of thoughtful pieces is highly valued, prioritizing substance over engagement farming or promotions
* A strong enthusiasm for the crypto space, with an interest in DeFi and a shared appreciation for the values of decentralization and censorship resistance being advantageous but not essential
* Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful marketing strategies that achieve measurable growth and engagement metrics
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including simplifying technical concepts for a diverse audience
* Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign success and inform data-driven decisions
* Comfortable hosting and participating in events, both in-person and online, as a thought leader and brand ambassador

 

Compensation

 

* Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
* Equity: Meaningful token allocation with significant growth potential
