Private Executive Assistant – HNWI

 

We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful Private Executive Assistant to support an individual with international interests and a fast-paced lifestyle. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, organized, and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic and high-expectation environment.

 

* To £90,000
* Fully Remote
* 12pm to 8pm

 

The HNWI principal is primarily based abroad for 8 to 9 months of the year and in the UK 3 to 4 months of the year and travels very frequently. The Private Executive Assistant will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of travel, property oversight, and ongoing lifestyle and business-related projects, often liaising with high-profile vendors, service providers, and internal teams.

 

Private Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities

 

* Manage complex international travel itineraries, including commercial and private jet bookings
* Coordinate with property managers across multiple residences (internationally and UK)
* Maintain and oversee private club memberships, lifestyle accounts, and related administration
* Liaise with architects, designers, and contractors on interior and design projects
* Act as a point of contact and liaison with legal, financial, and service professionals
* Prepare and present high-quality documents using Excel, PowerPoint, and the full Microsoft Suite
* Handle scheduling, calendar management, and ongoing ad hoc personal support
* Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times

 

Private Executive Assistant Requirements

 

* Demonstrated experience as a PA or EA in a private or HNWI setting
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong presentation and document formatting skills
* Financial acumen and organizational rigor; able to manage budgets, spreadsheets, and reporting with high attention to detail
* Willingness to work overtime and offer flexible availability with mutual respect for boundaries
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, "get stuff done" mindset

 

Private Executive Assistant Criteria

 

* Exceptionally organized and accountable
* Comfortable navigating luxury service environments and high standards
* Able to anticipate needs and act independently with sound judgment
* Discreet, adaptable, and solution-oriented
* Committed to long-term engagement with room to grow
* Additional languages (Spanish or Greek) are a plus but not needed
