UX Designer Fulltime 
 
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote) 
 
Duration: Long Term 
 
We're searching for a skilled UX Designer to craft the user experiences behind our web applications. You'll collaborate with developers and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 


* Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
* Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience.
* Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
* Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are at the forefront of the design process. 
 
 

Qualifications: 
 


* 6-10 years of experience in UX design.
* Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and process.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
