We’re searching for a strategic brand builder—someone who can turn scattered ideas into cohesive visual systems, sweat every pixel, and still ship on schedule. If you treat design as a business tool, not decoration, we want to meet you.

 

What You’ll Do

* Develop complete brand identity systems: logos, colour palettes, typography, and usage guidelines.
* Design social-first graphics and templates that earn saves, shares, and screenshots.
* Create landing pages and campaign mock-ups in Figma that developers love to code.
* Produce presentation decks, ad creatives, and other marketing visuals under tight timelines.

 

You’ll Thrive If You…

* Have three or more years delivering brand systems still in active use.
* Work confidently in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop (motion skills are a bonus, not required).
* Balance grids, hierarchy, whitespace, and accessibility without compromise.
* Think like a problem-solver—able to defend design decisions with data and strategy.
* Communicate clearly, receive feedback professionally, and keep deadlines non-negotiable.

1. A concise portfolio (up to eight projects) showing brand, social, and web work.
2. One brand project you’re proud of and why it performed commercially.
3. Your availability and preferred pricing model (retainer or day rate).
4. Around 100 words on a current design trend you would retire tomorrow, and what you’d replace it with.
