Product Data Scientist

 

I'm working with one of the most innovative startups in the digital health and employee wellbeing space. They're on a mission to transform how businesses support their teams’ mental and physical health, offering tools for wellness tracking, sustainable weight loss, and proactive wellbeing management.

 

As a Product Data Scientist, you'll play a key role in shaping product direction. You’ll generate high-impact insights, challenge assumptions with data, and help guide product development with informed decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

What They’re Looking For

* 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar field, ideally with a focus on influencing product development
* Background in healthcare, digital health, or wellbeing-focused technology
* Comfortable working closely with backend technologies, particularly Node.js
* Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL
* Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
* Experience with statistical modeling, A/B testing, hypothesis testing, clustering, and segmentation
* Hands-on experience designing and evaluating experiments
* Familiarity with big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
